The Development Checkup includes:

Review of your current fundraising activities, budgets, and collateral
Review of recent giving history to your organization
Assessment of your current staffing and structure
A memo report to staff and Board leadership summarizing strengths and challenges identified
A set of recommendations and next steps for consideration
Period: Completed in four weeks of your decision to proceed.
One on-site half day to gather information
Materials review and interviews of up to three key leaders
